New immigration law coming to Saudi Arabia: 50 million immigrants face danger

The government of Saudi Arabia is now discussing with the aim of enacting new immigrant legislation, which can result in the expulsion of a large part of nearly 50 lakh immigrants in the country.




Saudi News al-Hayat has said that the Saudi Shura Council is discussing the issue of forming a special commission aimed at eliminating illegal immigration.

In an interview with the BBC Fadal says that a large number of people from Saudi Arabia and other countries of Asia and Africa have entered Saudi Arabia with Haj, Umrah or Visitor Visas. But most of them have never returned home.
